The bridge AI ate.
Rebuilt.
AI is sweeping the junior roles that used to let people cross from I’m trainable to I’m hireableout of companies. At the same time, “entry-level” postings keep asking for three years of experience. The bridge isn’t getting longer — it’s being torn down on both ends.
cyborgtalent rebuilds it. Stake-backed certification: a hiring manager can trust the cert because we’d put the cert holder on a real client account next week. We have. Or we will.
One side: trainable.
Other side: hireable.
AI carries the floor.
Peers + results raise the ceiling.
Stage 4 doesn’t happen until verifiable, replicable, reality-bonded performance is on file. The hiring manager can look at it the way they currently look at five years of experience — except the cert is morepredictive, because it’s task-specific and stake-bonded, not time-bonded.
Wide in. Narrow at the cert. Wide out.
Recruit · Ramp · Certify · Place
Honest about shipped vs roadmap.
The recruit + ramp + Tier 1 certify loop runs end-to-end today. Real applicants have moved through it. Recordings, scores, cyborg-trait composite all on file.
17 active trainees in cohort. Joe, Jaden, John grandfathered Stage 4. Leonardo Cuevas in pipeline (Content Editor track). Phoenix and Justine running ops + content + CRO on Joburn-internal client work.
Track 2 ships when Leonardo onboards. Dojo opens with 10 Tier-S sales letters and a hand-write-word-for-word runtime.
The Stage 3 + Stage 4 infrastructure that makes the cert a real contract — peer-review pool, results-proof intake, P&L verification.
Three reputations
on the line.
Joburn is an operating agency. We run real client accounts. When we certify someone Tier 1 Media Buyer, we’re saying we’d put them on a real account next week. If we’re wrong, we lose the client. Our livelihood is the cert’s bond.
For tracks we don’t operate at expert level, we bring in a partner whose name + face + endorsement is on the cert. Their reputation is on the line alongside ours. They don’t sign up lightly. The fact that they sign up is itself part of the trust signal.
A meaningful cert is a public record — name, stage, results-gate proofs, peer reviews. If they bullshit, it shows. If they earn it, that shows too. By Stage 3 they have skin in the game; by Stage 4 they can’t fake it.
Defensible by artifact, not by assertion.
When procurement asks how the placement decision was made, we hand over artifacts:
- The Six Cyborg Traits composite — explainable per dimension
- The Live Skill Sim recording + transcript
- Cert Path artifacts (real deliverables, graded)
- Peer-review notes (Stage 3+) and results proofs (Stage 4)
- The Authenticity Score — the evolving cyborg-trait composite that compounds across every cert event
The cert is the contract. Our reputation is the bond.
Whether you’re crossing the bridge or you’re the company hiring on the other side — the next step is the same.
